Temp uses your name, the business’s phone number and your instructions to make the call you approve. The assistant identifies itself as AI and explains that it is calling on your behalf.
Twilio connects the call. OpenAI processes the live audio and produces the conversation and summary. Temp does not record or retain the call’s audio. A text transcript, request and result are kept in your private Temp account for up to 30 days. Provider processing is subject to their terms and retention settings.
Stripe handles payment details. We retain the checkout email and payment and usage records to manage your prepaid balance, refunds and billing. We do not receive your full card details. Sign-in links are sent to your checkout email through Resend.
Only include information needed for the job. Do not submit passwords, card details, security codes or detailed medical information. Do not use Temp for emergencies, harassment, impersonation or unsolicited sales.
A recipient who asks not to be called again is added to a suppression list. You can contact support@telephonist.ai about privacy, access or deletion. Financial records may need to be retained separately.
