Multi-site teams · On contract

One teammate at every location. One standard across your estate.

Telephonist Workforce gives franchises, retail groups and multi-site operators a Teammate for each location, coordinated by head office and configured for local call handling.

Keep the customer experience consistent across your brand while each location uses its own approved business knowledge, opening hours, call routing and calendar.

Who is Workforce for?

Workforce is designed for franchises, retail groups and multi-site operators that want one coordinated front desk across many locations. Head office agrees the shared service standard; each site gets a Teammate configured for its own operation.

How do local numbers and location-specific call handling work?

Calls can be directed to the right location using its local number and call-handling instructions. Each site can have its own approved knowledge, opening hours and calendar, so callers reach the information and booking route for that location.

Local numbers are available across the UK, US, Canada, Australia, South Africa and New Zealand. Number availability and any country-specific requirements are confirmed as part of rollout planning.

How does head office maintain brand standards across jurisdictions?

Head office sets the shared brand voice, scripts and service rules. Local differences can be recorded in each site's approved instructions, knowledge, opening hours and call routes.

During onboarding, the group agrees which rules are common and which vary by country or location. Your team supplies and approves the local policies that each Teammate should follow.

What can head office report and manage centrally?

Workforce brings estate-wide call reporting, head-office and site-manager access, consolidated billing and a dedicated account manager into the agreed rollout. Site-level reporting helps the group review how locations handle calls while keeping local operations distinct.

How does deployment work across multiple sites?

Deployment is planned with head office and rolled out site by site. For each location, the team confirms the number, call route, approved business knowledge, opening hours, calendar and any agreed handover instructions.

Head office and the Telephonist team agree the rollout schedule, responsibilities and activation sequence before sites go live.

How are Workforce pricing and onboarding handled?

Workforce is an on-contract service priced per site. Volume pricing across the estate, invoicing and service levels are agreed with head office. There is no standard self-serve Workforce price because the quote depends on the locations and rollout scope.

To scope onboarding, we’ll discuss the number of sites and countries, current phone numbers, call volumes, hours, calendars, local policies, integrations and reporting needs. A signed contract or payment does not activate a phone line by itself; site setup and activation are arranged with you.

How can I arrange an enterprise demonstration?

Email hello@telephonist.ai to arrange a demonstration and discuss the rollout. It helps to include the number of locations, countries, the call types each site handles, and the policies or reporting you want head office to manage. The initial conversation carries no commitment.
