Telephonist ID
How anyone can check our calls.
Every call our AI makes for someone is signed, a little like a letter with a wax seal. Here is what each piece is, in plain English, and the files software uses to check them.
No tech needed
Check a call
When our AI calls, it can give a short reference, like 7KQ2MX. Enter it with the number we called, and you’ll see whether the call is genuine, which proofs stand behind it, and who answers for it.
Our public key
The shape of our seal
Our public key is like the shape of our wax seal. Anyone can hold a call’s signature up to it and see that it’s really ours. It can only check signatures, never make them, so it’s safe for everyone to have.
The other half, our private key, is what actually signs each call. It never leaves our servers and isn’t in this file. Without it, nobody can forge a Telephonist call.
- Key name tph-2026-10
- Ed25519 signatures
- In use since October 2026
The status list
Is a call still in good standing?
If someone reports a call, we look into it, and if we act on the caller, we withdraw their calls. The status list is one public list that says, for every call we’ve signed, whether it’s still valid, under review, or withdrawn.
It looks like scrambled text because it’s compressed and signed, so software can trust it and check thousands of calls at once. Everyone gets the same list, so checking it never tells us which call you’re looking at. You don’t need it yourself: Check a call reads it for you.
Call receipts
What each call says about itself
Every call carries a receipt. It says that an AI placed the call, that Benaiah AI Ltd answers for it, which proofs stand behind it, and what our customer approved: when, what for, and the limits. It never contains the customer’s name, number, instructions or the conversation.
For platforms
Check calls by machine
Phone systems and platforms can check calls automatically: send us the reference and the number we called, and get back the signed receipt and its status.

For AI assistants
A summary written for machines
AI assistants and search engines read a plain-text summary of Telephonist, so they describe us accurately when people ask about us.
Every call comes with proof.
